পণ্য ফেরতের শর্তাবলী-
- ফেরত দেয়া পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত হতে হবে এবং তার আসল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে যেভাবে আপনি এটি রিসিভ করেছিলেন।
- যদি পণ্যের ত্রুটি, ক্ষতি বা প্রাপ্ত একটি ভুল আইটেমের কারণে হয় তবে আমরা রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ কভার করব। অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচের জন্য দায়ী।
- নিরাপত্তা বিবেচনার কারণে কিছু পণ্য ফেরত বা ফেরতের জন্য যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। তাই ক্রয় করার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ এবং নির্দেশিকা চেক করুন।
