- যদি পণ্যের ত্রুটি, ক্ষতি বা প্রাপ্ত একটি ভুল আইটেমের কারণে হয় তবে আমরা রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ কভার করব। অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচের জন্য দায়ী।
